Mr. Randall K. Alsman is Senior Investment Advisor and a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Policy Committee at Donaldson Capital Management. Prior to joining Donaldson, Alsman had a 35-year career in private industry. He graduated from Ball State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and joined the audit staff of Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers.)

Following Price Waterhouse, Alsman joined the finance staff at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, then a $2 billion wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol-Myers-Squibb in Evansville, Indiana. During more than 31 years with Mead Johnson and Bristol-Myers-Squibb, he was promoted through a number of positions of increasing responsibility in various domestic and international capacities including two years at Bristol's New York headquarters. In September, 2000, Alsman was made President of Mead Johnson U.S., also with responsibility for global Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Research & Development, Information Technology, and Legal. In August of 2007, Alsman retired from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey, as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Managed Care for the $8 billion U.S. Pharmaceutical Group.

Alsman serves on the Board of Directors of the Signature School and as President of the Evansville Redevelopment Commission, an organization committed to promoting growth and economic vitality of businesses in the greater Evansville area. During 2012-17, Alsman was a member of the University of Evansville Board of Visitors, and served as chair from 2014-17.

Dr. Roger B. Beck is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of History at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois, where he taught African History and World History.

Beck is a 1969 graduate of the University of Evansville where he received Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education. He also earned an MA in Social Studies Education, MS in History, and PhD in History from Indiana University. He taught at the secondary level for seven years and has held positions at the American School of Paris, Nichimachi International School in Tokyo, and the American Community School in London. He also taught for a year at the University of Cape Town. He is the recipient of two Fulbright awards and a number of teaching and research awards.

Beck is a co-author of a college world history text, A History of World Societies, and a high school world history text, World History – Patterns of Interaction. He is also the author of The History of South Africa, which is used as a textbook at many colleges in the United States and abroad. Beck has published more than a hundred articles, chapters in books, and book reviews. He continues to serve on the Fiddick Lecture Series Advisory Board. In 2011, he received the University of Evansville Medal of Honor. In 2018, Beck received the Pioneers in World History Award from the World History Association. The award recognizes exceptional scholarly contributions toward advancing the field of world history.

Curtis L. (Curt) Begle is President of the Health, Hygiene, and Specialties Division at Berry Global – one of four business units in the Company. Transitioning from President of Engineered Materials to Health, Hygiene, and Specialties in December 2018, Begle is now leading a $3.4 billion global business within Berry.

Joining in 1999, Begle has spent his entire career with Berry Global. Rising through various positions of increasing responsibility in product management, sales and leadership, he served as President of Berry’s Rigid Closed Top Division from 2009 to 2014, and President of the Engineered Materials Division from 2014 through 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.

Begle has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Flexible Packaging Association since 2016 and served as the Chairperson from 2019 to 2021. In addition to his industry contributions, Begle is a long-time committed member of the Evansville community. He is the Chairman of the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership and has been a board member since 2016. He has also been appointed to the Evansville Promise Neighborhood Sustainability Council alongside local peers. Begle has been on the Board of Directors for Deaconess Health Systems since 2019, holding the position of Chairman of the Quality Committee and member of the Compensation, Benefits & Pension Committee, and the Governance Committee. Lastly, in honor of his alma mater and home team, Begle joined the University of Evansville’s Board of Trustees in 2019, and is the Chairman of the Student Success and Academic Excellence committee and member of the Executive Committee and Governance and Trusteeship Committee.

Mr. C. Edward Brown is the CEO and President Edvisory Healthcare Ventures, LLC, a private healthcare strategic consulting company focused on transformational technology using artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in the healthcare clinical, financial, and operational space. He also serves as a board member to private start-ups companies, and as a facilitator in healthcare strategy.

Mr. Brown is the former Chief Executive Officer of The Iowa Clinic, P.C and The Iowa Clinic Management Company, LLC in Des Moines, Iowa. The Iowa Clinic is a multispecialty group of over 250 physicians and providers that provides comprehensive healthcare services and has been recognized regionally and nationally as a leading healthcare organization. Mr. Brown was instrumental in the formation of the Iowa Clinic and served as its CEO for 26 years until announcing his retirement in 2019.

Prior to The Iowa Clinic, Mr. Brown was a senior executive in the managed care industry for over 10 years with Humana, Inc. and CIGNA Health Plans respectively.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of the University of Evansville where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Business Administration. He also received a Master's in Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He also remains active in state and national healthcare public policy and serving on charitable organization boards. Mr. Brown is the past-chair of the American Medical Group Association and remains a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives.

Major General Ondra Berry serves as The Adjutant General, for the State of Nevada. As Adjutant General, he is the senior uniformed Nevada National Guard officer responsible for formulating, developing, and coordinating all policies, programs and plans affecting more than 3,500 Nevada Army and Air National Guard personnel. Appointed by the Governor in the State of Nevada, General Berry serves as the Governor's principal adviser on all National Guard issues, is responsible for both the federal and state missions of the Nevada National Guard and serves as the official channel of communication with the National Guard Bureau, Department of the Army, and Department of the Air Force. Berry is an internationally recognized leader and author who for over 25 years has been a champion of diversity, organizational change, and personal growth. He is a dynamic speaker who has motivated thousands in all 54 states, territories, the District of Columbia, and internationally.

Berry retired from his position as Senior Vice President of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement at the MGM Resorts International, a global leader in hospitality with a portfolio of destination resort brands. Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Berry was a consultant, co-founder, and partner of Guardian Quest where he played a primary role in development of policy, strategy, and procedures for nationwide diversity and inclusion implementation strategies for over 100,000 members of the U.S. National Guard, private and public organizations, and many non-profits. His efforts have been recognized with many awards and decorations from several services in the United States military. Berry received numerous awards and commendations throughout his 25-year career with the Reno Police, including Department Officer of the Year, Air National Guard Airman of the Year, and the NAACP Community Award.

Berry earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Evansville, and a Master in Public Administration from the University of Nevada at Reno. He is a member of the Board of No Opportunity Wasted, a college preparatory program for first generation college students, and serves in several leadership positions with the Second Baptist Church of Reno, NV.

After 28 years of private practice, Mr. D. Forrest Brumbaugh  retired partner from the international law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright at the end of  2020. He represented large institutional investors, including state pension plans and university endowments, in connection with their private equity, alternative and other investment programs. Brumbaugh also represented both public and private companies in securities offerings and compliance matters, as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

In July of 2022, Brumbaugh accepted the position of Deputy Attorney General for Legal Counsel for the State of Texas.

Brumbaugh graduated from the University of Evansville with a degree in political science, and he received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia.

During his time at UE, Brumbaugh was active in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Orientation Leaders, Inter-Fraternity Council, and the Student Foundation. In addition, he was president of the Student Association and vice president of Student Congress. Since graduation, he has served three terms as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors and one, three-year term as the alumni-elected member of the Board of Trustees.

Mr. Wilfred C. Bussing III graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication. He received his MA, MBA, and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Notre Dame and practices law in the Evansville area with expertise in estate planning. Bussing and his family own the Evansville Otters Baseball Team.

Bussing served as a director of the UE Alumni Association, and in 2003, he was honored by the UE Alumni Association with the Edie Bates Volunteer Service Award.

Bussing is actively involved in the Evansville Catholic Schools, Keep Evansville Beautiful, Habitat for Humanity, Sisters of St. Benedict, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Vanderburgh Humane Society, and Emporia.

Mrs. Henrietta Chubb currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Council at Harlaxton College, United Kingdom and is Trustee of Harlaxton College. Joining the Student Life Committee in 2000, she provided leadership as chair from 2009 to 2016.

In 2023 she was given the Samuel Orr Honorary Alumna Award Winner from the University of Evansville Alumni Association.

Henrietta graduated in 1992 from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle with a Bachelor of Sciences (Hons) in Applied Consumer Sciences and received a Master (MSc) in Conservation Sciences from de Montfort University, Leicester, UK in 2000.

Henrietta has had a varied career working in shareholder and investor relations and the Company Secretariat following the privatization of the East Midlands Electricity board and then working in the pet food industry within biochemistry, management, and public relations. Henrietta has also had experience managing a farming business.

Henrietta is Justice of the Peace (Magistrate). She is a Patron of Cleanup UK and is a member of the fundraising group for Coston Church and for Rainbows Children's Hospice in Loughborough. In 2018 Henrietta became one of the first women to be elected to the Court of The Worshipful Company of Grocers whose history dates to 1180. Henrietta was appointed the High Sheriff of Leicestershire for 2023/24 by His Majesty the King to represent him in each county in matters relating to the judiciary and the maintenance of law and order.

Mr. Bradley E. Coomer graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is currently Vice President, Strategic Relationship Management at John Hancock Financial Services, Indianapolis.

B. Eugene (Gene) Dawson is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dunn Hospitality Group, based in Evansville, IN. Dunn Hospitality develops, owns, and operates various Hospitality assets in Indiana and Kentucky, and also oversees various other interests of the Dunn Family. Dawson has held this position since 2017.

Prior to joining Dunn Hospitality, Dawson spent his earlier career as a commercial banker for Evansville area regional banks, including Citizens National Bank, National City Bank, United Fidelity Bank, and Evansville Commerce Bank. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Evansville in 1988, and successfully passed the Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1994.

During his time at the University of Evansville, Dawson was active in the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, serving at various times as President, Vice President and Treasurer. Since graduation, Dawson has served as a member of the UE Alumni Association.

Mr. Philip G. Eykamp is president and chief executive officer of Mid-States Rubber Products Inc. and chief executive officer of Mid-States Global, LLC in Princeton, Indiana. Mid-States is a manufacturer of specialized molded and extruded rubber and plastic products for the appliance, automotive, infrastructure and material handling industries, shipping to customers globally.

Eykamp serves on the boards of Lauren International, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, The Alliance Forum, and the Evansville Museum where he chairs the Science Committee.

Eykamp earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied mechanical engineering and earned a Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University. In addition, he has studied at the American University in Paris.

Mrs. Rita P. Eykamp is treasurer of Mid-States Rubber Products Inc., a family-owned business. Early in her career, she was an elementary school teacher.

From 1999-2002, Eykamp was chairman of the UE Board and is a current Trustee. She graduated from UE where she received a Bachelor of Science in Education and went on to receive an MS from Indiana University. In 2002, she was recognized by the UE Alumni Association and given the Distinguished Alumna Award, and in 2009, she received the University Medal of Honor.

Dr. Johnson is a professor of leadership and practice within the College of Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. His role is to provide classroom instruction to graduate students interested in becoming more effective leaders across a wide array of disciplines. This role also includes working closely with students in career planning and individualized learning projects.

Prior to joining Lipscomb University Dr. Johnson served as a professor of practice within the Herbert College of Agriculture at the University of Tennessee. His role was to provide classroom instruction in project-based courses using experiential learning techniques to deepen student understanding of business and leadership principles. In addition, he served as the Interim Department Head for the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics.

The majority of Dr. Johnson’s career was spent within the financial services industry and culminated in his role as president and chief executive officer of Farm Credit Mid-America, a $35 billion financial cooperative which serves over 100,000 members in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Overall, Dr. Johnson has nearly 40 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in direct lending, risk management, business operations, information services, higher education and civic engagement.

Dr. Johnson received his doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University, a master’s in business administration from Gonzaga University, and a bachelor’s in business from the University of Evansville.

Mr. Paul W. Jones is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in engineering. He is the retired chairman and CEO of A.O. Smith Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and he is past chairman and CEO of U.S. Can Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, and CEO of Greenfield Industries, Inc. in Augusta, Georgia. Prior to that, Jones enjoyed a long and successful career in various capacities with General Electric. In October 2010, Jones delivered a lecture, “Lessons Learned,” as part of the Kern Family Foundation Speaker Series at the University of Evansville.

Jones has always devoted time to community activities. Currently, he is a trustee of the Wisconsin Nature Conservancy. In addition, he is a co-founder of the Milwaukee Water Council.

Robert G. Jones is the retired Chairman and CEO of Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB). Prior to his retirement in May of 2019, Jones served as CEO for Old National for over 14 years. Before joining Old National, Jones served for 25 years at KeyCorp in a variety of roles.

While Jones was CEO, Old National received national recognition. Since 2012, Old National has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the prestigious Ethisphere Institute. From 2012-2015, the company received the Employee Volunteer Program of the Year award from VolunteerMatch. Since 2013, the company received the Worklife Seal of Distinction. Old National was recognized as one of the Best Banks to Work for in 2016. Jones has appeared on Fox News, Fox Business News, CNBC, and Bloomberg Television, as a spokesman for Old National and community banking.

Bob is very active in the community and serves as Chair of the Board of the University of Evansville, Finance Chair of Riley Children's Hospital Foundation, Audit Chair of the International City/County Management Association-Retirement Corporation (ICMA-RC), and as a member of the board of Second Curve Capital Advisory Board. Jones was also appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb to serve on the Next Level Teacher Compensation Commission. He also was the Fund Champion for the Greater Evansville Response Fund for COVID Relief. He is also on the board of Forefront Therapy, a non-profit physical therapy group dedicated to serving low-income individuals.

Jones previously served on the Board of Vectren Corp. (VVC NYSE) and was Chair of their Finance Committee. He served on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Board of Directors, where he was a member of its Executive Committee and Chaired the Audit Committee. He also chaired the American Bankers Association's Bankers Council, as well as Chairing the Mid-Size Bank Coalition. In addition, he was Chair of the Evansville Regional Business Committee from 2012-2019.

Jones has served on the campaign cabinet for the Southwest Indiana United Way and was the Chair of that campaign in 2007. He was also a co-chair of the Hands-on Discovery Children's Museum capital campaign, and chair of the 2007 March of Dimes Walk America, the Ronald McDonald House Capital Campaign, the Lampion Center Capital Campaign, the YMCA Capital Campaign, the Ivy Tech Capital Campaign, the Evansville ARC Capital Campaign, and has twice chaired the Buffalo Trace Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner.

Former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels presented Jones with the select Sagamore of the Wabash Award and the Distinguished Hoosier Award. Jones has been inducted into the Evansville Regional Business Hall of Fame and the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation Hall of Fame. In 2012, he was honored by the Tri State Multiple Sclerosis Association as a Spirit Award recipient and by the Buffalo Trace Council with its Distinguished Citizen Award. In 2011, Jones received the James L. Orr Award from the YMCA of Southwest Indiana. In 2009, Jones was recognized by the University of Evansville's Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity as its Leader of the Year, by the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns with its Larry A. Conrad Civic Service Award, and by Leadership Evansville with its Visionary Award. Jones was honored in 2008 by the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce as its Richard A. Schlottman Business Leader of the Year, and in 2006, Ashland University recognized Jones as its Alumni of the Year. The Indiana Youth Institute awarded Jones its inaugural James T. Morris Award recognizing his deep commitment to serving the young adults in Indiana. In 2014, Jones was inducted into the Indiana Academy by the Independent Colleges of Indiana for his support of the State of Indiana through Independent Colleges.

The City of Evansville recognized Jones when he retired by naming a section of Walnut Street in downtown Evansville, Bob Jones Way in honor of his significant contributions to the City. They also further recognized him by naming the cities volunteer of the year, the Jones/McGary Award, named after Jones and the cities founder Hugh McGary.

Jones is a 1979 Graduate of Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He and his wife Lisa have one child, Carolyn.

Mr. Kevin R. Koch is president and chief executive officer of Koch Enterprises, Inc. (KEI) located in Evansville, Indiana. KEI is a holding company that operates seven industrial manufacturing and distribution businesses and employs approximately 2,800 team members. Prior to being named president in 2012, Koch served in various capacities within the KEI family of companies beginning in 1999.

Koch currently serves on the for-profit company boards of Koch Enterprises and its subsidiaries and Jasper Holdings Inc.

Koch is an active member of the Evansville community and is a member of the board of the Koch Foundation and Deaconess Health Systems.

Koch earned a Bachelor of Science in metallurgical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.

Bishop Tracy S. Malone is the Bishop of the Indiana Episcopal Area of The United Methodist Church, which includes the entire state of Indiana.

As the Resident Bishop, she provides supervision and spiritual oversight to all clergy and churches, equipping, teaching and encouraging mission, witness and service. She serves as shepherd of the Church, providing a prophetic witness of justice, mercy and unity.

She leads the Indiana Episcopal Area by:

• preaching and teaching.
• presiding over sessions of Annual Conference.
• appointing and supervising district superintendents.
• appointing Elders, Deacons, and local pastors to churches and extension ministries.
• supervising, with the district superintendents, appointed Elders, Deacons, and local pastors.
• providing spiritual and executive leadership to conference staff, committees, boards and teams.
• ensuring that the polity and the doctrine of The United Methodist Church are followed
• and participating in mission travel to different regions of the world.

Malone serves on the Board of Trustees at the United Methodist-affiliated institutions of higher education and organizations in the Episcopal Area.

She is currently the President of theCouncil of Bishops, which includes all bishops in The United Methodist Church, and a member of the College of Bishops, which is comprised of the United Methodist bishops in theNorth Central Jurisdiction. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Africa University.

Malone was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was raised in Chicago, Illinois. She is the daughter of the late Rev. Willie and the late April Smith. She grew up in The United Methodist Church and accepted her call to ministry at the early age of 13.

During her ministry she pastored several churches, served as a District Superintendent, and provided leadership to various community organizations. She has authored chapters in several books, published articles, blogs and book reviews, and has taught courses as an adjunct professor at several higher education institutions.

Malone has a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Sociology, with a minor in Computer Science, from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. She holds a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois, and has earned a Doctorate of Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

She and her husband Derrick are the parents of two adult daughters.

Sara Miller is the President of Treasury Management and Merchant Services at Old National Bank.

Miller began her career with Old National in 1996 as a business development officer. She was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Lending in 1999 and to Vice President, Commercial Relationship Executive in 2006. In 2008, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Executive and in 2012 she was promoted to Executive Vice President. She was named Southern Region CEO and President of the Evansville region in 2014 and served as Community Banking President from 2019-2020. Prior to her current role, she was Chief Credit Officer, EVP Commercial and Business Banking from October 2020- January 2023.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. She earned the Risk Management Association's CRC designation in 2006. Miller was honored by Old National’s executive leadership team as the 2011 Larry Dunigan Leader of the Year and was named the ATHENA Leadership Award recipient by the Southwestern Indiana Chamber of Commerce in 2016. In 2020, Miller was presented the James L. Orr volunteer leadership award from the Southwestern Indiana YMCA. Miller also received the 2020 Niel Ellerbrook Community Service Award, the highest single honor of philanthropic achievement for the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.

In the community, Miller currently serves as a board member of the Southwestern Indiana YMCA, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, Signature School Foundation, Mattingly Charities, Downtown Economic Development Corporation, and University of Evansville Board of Trustees. In 2020, she served as Community Chair for the United Way of Southwestern Indiana. Previously, Miller served as Chairman of the Southwestern Indiana YMCA, Chairman of the Dunigan Family YMCA Board of Managers; board member of The ARC of Evansville and the American Red Cross; Holy Rosary School Board, Deaconess Foundation; member of Evansville Redevelopment Commission and Evansville Economic Commission.

Christopher M. Pietruszkiewicz is the 24th president of University of Evansville and professor in the Department of Law, Politics & Society. He began his academic career at George Mason University School of Law, where he was an adjunct professor of law. He joined the faculty of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he served as the J.Y. Sanders Professor of Law and vice chancellor for Business and Financial Affairs. For the last six years he served as dean and professor of law of the Stetson University College of Law.

Prior to entering academia, Pietruszkiewicz served as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice where he received the Outstanding Attorney Award. He was an attorney/adviser in the United States Department of Education where he received the Assistant Secretary's Award for Team Distinction and the Deputy Secretary's Award for Service.

Pietruszkiewicz was a member of the Standards Reviews Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar and previously served as a member of the ABA's Data Policy and Collection Committee, including a term as chair. He served as president of the Southeastern Association of Law Schools, as deputy corporate compliance officer/secretary, and as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Pietruszkiewicz was also a member of the Audit Committee of the Law School Admissions Council, a member of the Nominating Committee, chair of the Investment Committee, a liaison to the Finance and Legal Affairs Committees, and a member of the Board of Trustees.

In addition, he served on the Florida Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, the Legal Education Committee of the Florida Bar Vision 2016 Commission, the Florida Bar Special Committee on Legal Education, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

An expert in tax law, Pietruszkiewicz co-authored treatises – Mastering Income Tax and Corporate Reorganizations, published numerous law review articles, presented widely on the subject, and held various leadership positions with the ABA's Section of Taxation, including Vice Chair of the Individual Income Tax Committee and Special Features Editor of ABA's NewsQuarterly.

Pietruszkiewicz was an NCAA and high school basketball official and worked with Special Olympics Virginia and Special Olympics Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Scranton, a J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.

Rev. Larry A. Rascoe, Sr. has been pastor of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana, since 1989. The church has grown under his leadership with a membership of 1,200. He received a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies from Oakland City University.

Rascoe is very active in the Evansville community and has received the prestigious Jefferson Award for outstanding community and public service from the American Institute for Public Service and the Distinguished Citizen Award from former Indiana Governor Frank O’Bannon. Rascoe is the founder of a faith-based preparatory school, Joshua Academy, which accepts students aged 3 years old through 6th grade. In addition, he is the co-developer of Emporia Shopping Center which brought a much-needed grocery, shopping and banking outlet to the central city.

Sally G. Rideout is a recognized and respected public affairs professional with more than 30 years of public and private sector experience. She became the 2nd youngest woman ever elected to the Indiana House of Representatives when she defeated the Speaker of the House in an upset election in 1994. After her term in office, she worked at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, the University of Evansville, the Evansville Chamber of Commerce, and the global aluminum manufacturer, Alcoa, before launching Rideout Public Affairs, Inc. (RPA) in 2013.

Rideout serves on the University of Evansville Board of Trustees and led the Search Committee for the University’s 24th President. She recently completed a term as President of the Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Board and has been active with the Women’s Fund of Warrick County. Rideout’s community work has been recognized with the 2007 Evansville area ATHENA award, the University of Evansville 2008 Outstanding Young Alumna, and the 2007 Business Leader of the Year from the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity at the University of Evansville.

Ms. Anita Horn Rizek graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She earned a Master of Taxation from the George Washington University, and a Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law. In 1998, she was given the Distinguished Young Alumnus Award by the UE Alumni Association.

Rizek is legislative counsel for the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to this appointment, she was tax counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance for Senators Moynihan and Baucus, legislative director for Senator Harry Reid, deputy chief of staff and senior policy advisor for the National Commission on Restructuring the IRS, tax manager at the American Institute of CPAs, and senior tax professional at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Daniel R. Robinson, Jr. is a founding partner and attorney with the law firm of Farmer Scott Ozete Robinson & Schmitt, LLP, where he primarily advises businesses and business owners in connection with start-up and entity selection issues, business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions, contract review and negotiations, and shareholder agreements, including buy-sell and share restriction agreements. He also handles business and commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts.

Robinson is a former University of Evansville student athlete (baseball) and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor, Magna cum Laude, from Southern Illinois University of Law in 2007.

Robinson is an active community leader, having served as a board member and past president of the UE Alumni Association, a board member and past president of the Evansville Bar Foundation, a board member of Warrick Trails, Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ohio Valley, and an advisory board member of the Southwest Indiana Small Business Development Center. He also serves as a member of the Evansville Bar Association Bench and Bar Committee and CLE Committee and has previously served as the Co-Chair of the EBA Law Day Dinner Committee, the EBA Law Day Student Lunch Committee, as well as a member of the EBA Editorial Board. He provides pro bono legal services to several non-profit organizations and charities in the area and served as an adjunct instructor at UE, previously teaching EXED 090: Building Your Professional Image.

Dr. Saltzman is a partner at Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons specializing in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery. He grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, graduated from Princeton University, and received his MD from Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Vermont.

In addition to his private practice, he is a team physician for the University of Evansville and has served on the Board of Directors of the University of Evansville President's Club. Dr. Saltzman provides lectures and professional learning opportunities for students in the Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, and Physician Assistant departments.

In addition to his work with the University of Evansville, he is a team physician for Evansville area high schools and is a medical consultant to Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation. He has been a leader in concussion management for athletes and was one of the founders of the St. Vincent Sports Concussion Alliance. In 2012 he was honored as the Indiana State Medical Association Team Physician of the Year, and was named a Health Care Hero that same year by the Evansville Courier and Press. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and is a past president of the Indiana Orthopaedic Society.

Mr. John C. Schroeder is the president and CEO of Wabash Plastics, Inc. a privately owned, Indiana-based company headquartered in Evansville, Indiana. He also serves on the board of three other privately held companies which are owned primarily by his family: Cresline Plastic Pipe Co. Inc., Cresline West Inc., and Cresline Northwest LLC.

Schroeder received an undergraduate degree from Wabash College and earned an MBA from Indiana University. He was awarded an Honorary Degree from Wabash College, and in 2000, he received the Samuel Orr Honorary Alumnus Award given by the UE Alumni Association. In 2020, Schroeder and his wife, Diane, were nominated, and in 2021 received, the Presidential Medal of Honor from the University of Evansville. Schroeder served as chairman of the UE Board of Trustees from 2005-2008.

Mr. Mark A. Schroeder served as Chairman & CEO of Jasper Indiana-based German American Bancorp, Inc., a $6.0 billion dollar community banking organization with 76 banking offices in 20 contiguous southern Indiana counties and in 14 counties in Kentucky. Schroeder, who had served as German American's Chief Executive Officer from 1999 through 2022, had a 50-year tenure with the company, having previously served in numerous senior management positions with the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Schroeder also held a designation as a Certified Public Accountant.

Schroeder remains firmly committed to the mission and vision of community banking and has served on various national and state banking organizations' boards and committees, including currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions Board of Members. He also serves on numerous local community boards, including as Chairman of the Mid-States Corridor Regional Development Authority Board.

Prior to his membership on the University of Evansville's Board of Trustees, Schroeder was a member of UE's Board of Visitors and the School of Business Advisory Board. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management, and a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Mr. Brent Sternberg has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is Senior Vice President, Director of Finance, Wealth Management, and Insurance  at German American Bank.

Sternberg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Indianapolis.

Sternberg is actively involved in his community and serves as a member of the board of the Tri-County YMCA (past president), the Catholic Foundation of Southwestern Indiana, Radius Indiana, a member of the Finance Commission of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, and is an emeritus board member of the Dubois County Community Foundation.

Christopher S. Traylor is Co-CEO of the Traylor Construction Group (TCG), a third-generation family-owned corporation founded in 1946. For more than 75 years, TCG has delivered large, complex infrastructure and industrial projects to public and private agencies nationwide. The TCG companies include Traylor Bros., Inc; Ballard Marine Construction; Sterling Industrial, LLC; Traylor Industrial, LLC; Triad Fabricators; and Onyett Fabricators. The companies provide an array of services that include the construction of tunnels, bridges, and marine structures; construction and maintenance of industrial and power facilities; and fabrication services, and together employ nearly 2,500 professionals and craftspeople on projects and in offices across North America.

Chris has been actively involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California-Berkley.

In addition, Chris is dedicated to the betterment of the community through his personal support and active participation in multiple charitable organizations. He has served in various capacities, from volunteer to board chair, for: United Way; Habitat for Humanity; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Indiana Chapter); Evansville Regional Economic Partnership; Children’s Museum of Evansville; Evansville Day School; University of Evansville Board of Trustees; and the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra.

Chris and his wife Niki Traylor have been married for 22 years. Together they have four children: Gwyneth, 19; Marshall, 16; Sydney, 14; and Courtney, 12.

Ms. Linda E. White retired as president and CEO of Deaconess Health System in 2017 and assumed the position as director of Deaconess Foundation. She joined Deaconess in 1974 and has held numerous positions during her tenure. She currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Deaconess Henderson Hospital.

White received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana State University and completed the Deaconess School of Nursing diploma program earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville. She also received an MBA from UE. White previously served as chairman of the University of Evansville Board of Trustees.

Dr. Robert L. Bowen is founder and chairman of Bowen Engineering Corporation, a multi-market company specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants and energy utility construction. Bowen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Purdue University and completed the Harvard Business School's Owner, President, Manager Program. He is a founder and instructor of the Associated General Contractors Project Management Institute. Early in his career, he worked as a project manager at W.M. Lyles Construction Company in California before returning to Indiana to start his own company.

Bowen and his wife generously support education and have built a legacy advancing education and the promotion of science. The Bowen Foundation was established to provide scholarships to minority students in Indianapolis to pursue a secondary education. Since the foundation's inception, more than $3.0 million has been awarded to more than 800 students. The Bowens and former Purdue University President Martin Jischke founded Science Bound, a program designed to mentor student in the Indianapolis Public Schools to encourage them to pursue careers in science and technical fields. Participants of this program have an opportunity to earn a full-tuition scholarship to Purdue University. The Bowens also funded the Robert L. and Terry L. Bowen High-Scale Performance Civil Engineering Laboratory at Purdue which allows civil engineering to test structures like bridges and buildings while focusing on making construction materials more durable, safer, and earthquake resistant. In addition, the Bowens have provided financial resources for the Bowen Engineering Laboratories at the University of Evansville for use by the civil and mechanical engineering programs.

Bowen has received numerous commendations for his commitment to his community and the professional development of young people including the Big Brother Big Sisters of Central Indiana Sablosky Mentor Award, Outstanding Philanthropist Award by the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering from Purdue University and Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Evansville. He was inducted into the Indianapolis Public Schools Hall of Fame and recognized as a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Construction Engineers (ASCE) as well as the ASCE Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award in Construction.

Mr. Alan W. Braun is the retired chairman and president of Industrial Contractors, Inc. Industrial was listed in the Engineering News Record “Top 400 Contractors” from 1978 to 2011. In 2011, Industrial was purchased by Skanska. Braun became chairman emeritus of ICI Skanska. He retired from Skanska in 2017. From 2002-2005, Braun was chairman of the UE Board and provided exemplary leadership to the University's National Campaign Steering Committee, UEnvision, which has exceeded or met all fundraising goals to date. He chaired the Transforming Lives, Changing Neighborhoods Campaign for Habitat for Humanity.

Braun is a director at Old National Bancorp and Koch Enterprises. He has served as chair of the Deaconess Hospital Foundation and the Deaconess Service Corporation. Other accomplishments include chairing the United Way of Southwestern Indiana Campaign and serving as acting chairman of the Junior Achievement of Southwest Indiana. He is also a member of the Evansville Regional Business Committee and was selected for membership in the Indiana Academy, was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame, and received the Buffalo Trace Council Distinguished Citizen Award.

Braun received an accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame. In 2001, he received the Samuel Orr Honorary Alumnus Award given by the UE Alumni Association, and in 1999, he was named the UE Delta Sigma Pi Business Leader of the Year. He received an honorary doctorate of humane letters from UE in 2019.

Mr. H. Lee Cooper III holds a Bachelor of Science in business from Miami University and an MBA from the University of California. He was recognized by the UE Alumni Association with the Samuel Orr Honorary Alumnus Award. Cooper was chairman of the UE Board of Trustees from 1990-93.

Prior to his retirement, Cooper was chairman, president, and CEO for CNB Bancshares, Inc. He has also served on the boards for various organizations including the Community Foundation Alliance, Deaconess Hospital, Koch Enterprises, Indiana Youth Institute, and Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana.

Cooper received the Iota Sigma Chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity award for Professionalism in Community and Commerce, two time recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash, Rotary Civic Award, and the Distinguished Leadership Award.

Lt. Gen. (Ret.) John B. Conaway graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. During his time at UE, he was a member of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program. He earned a Masters in management and human relations from Webster College. In 1986, he was awarded an honorary doctor of laws from his alma mater.

Conaway enjoyed a long and successful career in the United States Air Force and National Guard where he over saw the entire National Guard (Army and Air Force) for the United States and its territories. He authored, Call Out the Guard!, a book that tells the story of the modern day National Guard. Conaway is currently Chairman and CEO of The Conaway Group, an affiliation of former military professionals who provide assistance and strategic guidance to federal executive agencies, corporations, and non-governmental organizational.

Among his honors, Conaway was enshrined into the Kentucky Aviation Hall of Fame and received the NAACP Meritorious Service Award. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Medal from the Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Army. Conaway also received the Robert W. Crawford Achievement Prize from the National Recreational Foundation in recognition of his extensive work with Youth at Risk in the National Guard Youth Challenge Program.

Mr. Larry E. Dunigan is a founder and president of Holiday Management Foundation. In 1969, he and his father began Holiday Care Center, which grew to include Holiday Retirement Village and Holiday Professional Building. In 2006, his son assumed responsibility for operation of those businesses. Dunigan also founded One Call Communications, a long distance and operator services provider, which was sold, though, the Internet data and equipment storage center portion of that business was retained. Dunigan served as CEO until its sale in 2007.

Dunigan is the former chairman of the Board of Directors of Old National Bancorp. He has also served as a director of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Board-Louisville Branch and Red Spot Paint and Varnish.

Dunigan received the Samuel Orr UE Honorary Alumnus Award in 1999, and in 2002, the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity at UE named him Outstanding Business Leader of the Year. In 2010, he was named to the Evansville Business Hall of Fame.

Major General (Ret.) Verna D. Fairchild has earned the distinction of recording several firsts in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard history. She was the first member of the Nursing Corps to become a commander of an Air National Guard Tactical Hospital; the first Air National guard assistant for nursing to the surgeon general of the Air Combat Command; the first nurse and the first female to be appointed as assistant adjutant general for air in the Air National Guard history; and the first female appointed as an Air National Guard representative to the Air Reserve Forces Policy Committee. Fairchild's last military assignment was as assistant to the director of the Air National Guard for Base Operational Support Readiness where she was responsible for assisting and advising the director on support readiness issues which impact Air National Guard. Fairchild retired from military service in 2002.

Fairchild earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville and a Master of Art in Public Administration from Kentucky State University.

During her career, she has received a number of awards and decorations including the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, and Air Force Commendation Medal, Outstanding Unit Award, and Organizational Excellence Award.

Since retirement, General Fairchild has participated in various local, state, and national activities to include: Kentucky Military History Committee, Mission Readiness, and Women Veterans.

She has also mentored and assisted high school graduates to achieve acceptance to one of the Military Academies.

Mr. Andrew E. Goebel retired in 2003 as president and COO of Vectren Corporation after a 33-year career. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Evansville.

Goebel serves as a director of a number of local organizations including Old National Bancorp, South Central Communications Corporation, and Community Natural Gas Company, Inc.

Goebel is actively involved in the community and is currently vice president and treasurer of the Evansville Regional Business Committee, Inc. In addition, Goebel is a member of the Indiana Academy and actively supports early childhood education for low-income children in Evansville and serves as a member of the Southwest Indiana Business Roundtable on Early Childhood and the Indiana Early Education Works Coalition.

Mr. Donald W. Griffin is retired president and chief executive officer of Olin Corporation. Griffin enjoyed a successful career at Olin in the field of marketing and international business development.

A native of Evansville, Indiana, Griffin received a Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Evansville and completed the Graduate School for Sales and Marketing Managers at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.

Mr. M. Stephen (Steve) Harkness is retired from Duke Energy Generation Services where he was president. During his career, he has held various executive level positions in the energy industry.

Harkness graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in finance. He later received an MBA from Indiana University. Harkness delivered the keynote address to UE's 2006 graduating seniors and received an honorary Doctor of Business Administration. In 2011, The Alumni Association awarded him the Distinguished Alumni Award.

Prior to his membership on the UE Board of Trustees, Harkness was a member of the UE Board of Visitors.

Mr. Robert L. Koch II is the chairman of Koch Enterprises Inc. He is a registered professional engineer and holds seven U.S. patents. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BSME and received an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Koch has been an active participant on the University of Evansville Board of Trustees, and served as chairman of the Board from 1993-1996.

Koch is past lead director of Vectren Corporation in Evansville and past director of Fifth Third Bancorp in Cincinnati. He is past director of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and past chairman of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. He is also president of the Koch Foundation. He has served on the boards of the Community Alliance Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce of Southwestern Indiana, the United Way of Southwestern Indiana, the Vanderburgh Community Foundation for Southwestern Indiana, Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and Evansville Regional Business Committee. He is also president of the Signature School, the first charter high school in Indiana. He is president of BridgeLink and past director of CONEXUS.

In 2003, Koch received the Samuel Orr UE Honorary Alumnus Award and in 1993 was given the Delta Sigma Pi Business Leader of the Year Award. Koch has received the Rotary Civic Award and an honorary doctoral degree from Vincennes University and Ivy Tech State College. He has been recognized as a Sagamore of the Wabash by Governors O’Bannon, Daniel, and Holcomb and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Manufacturing in Indiana and was one of two inaugural inductees into the Evansville Business Hall of Fame. Koch is also a member of the Indiana Academy.

Mr. Lawrence J. Kremer is retired from Emerson Electric Company in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was corporate senior vice president of materials. Prior to that, he was corporate senior vice president and president of Whirlpool Microwave Cooking in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Kremer graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and an MBA. From 2011-2014, he was chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Kremer also serves as a director for NCI Building Systems and Fifth Third Bank of Southern Indiana.

Mr. Keith Lochmueller is a founding partner of Lochmueller Group (formerly Bernardin Lochmueller & Associates) and serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO. Previously, he served as President/CEO for over 25 years. He continues to take a hands-on approach to managing the firm, reviewing projects for progress and focusing attention on critical issues. Completion of work ahead of deadlines is mandatory. In addition to his leadership duties, he provides expertise in traffic engineering and land use and transportation planning.

Lochmueller is conversant in all aspects of transportation land use planning. He is familiar with the need for development concurrent with associated impacts on the natural and human environment, and can critically weighs issues of merit. Issues may be geological, historical, archaeological, ecological or public concern issues, each of which is discussed and adequately covered under his guidance. He constantly keeps abreast of new information in planning via communication with authorities in the field and participating in courses from FHWA, UMTA, and universities in environmental analysis, traffic modeling, highway and transit planning, and traffic.

In 1981, Lochmueller became interested in the concept of pavement asset management. In addition to working with INDOT to develop the first computerized inventory all of the state's roads, he set out to develop a cost-effective system tailored to the specific needs of cities and counties that would help them make the most of taxpayer dollars.

Prior to founding Lochmueller Group, Lochmueller spent 6 years as the Executive Director of the Evansville Metropolitan Planning Organization. In this role, he was responsible for the 3C Transportation Process. Under his direction, a Transportation Plan was developed and approved. He was recognized by FHWA as an innovator in the Transportation System Management area.

Lochmueller also spent 14 years in responsible planning positions with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Area Plan Commission and the Southwestern Indiana Regional Council of Governments, as well as serving as the Chief Transportation Planner for the Southwestern Indiana Regional Council of Governments.

Mr. Kenneth Maikranz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville in 1970. He owns and operates Colonial Assisted Living in Vincennes, Indiana, and Henderson, Kentucky. He's a longtime member of the Purple Aces Club and President's Club and was a top donor to the UEnvision Capital Campaign. The walkway located on the west side of the Fifth Third Practice Facility is named “Maikranz Family Walkway,” and the Armory is named the “Maikranz Family Indoor Facility” in recognition of the various generous contributions made by the Maikranz Family.

Dr. Rose M. Mays, professor emerita, is retired from Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI) where she also served as an associate dean. She graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and holds a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.

While at IUPUI, Mays taught and carried out a program of research and community service focused on health promotion and disease prevention for vulnerable adolescents. Her projects were supported by foundations, industry, and state and federal health agencies, and her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals. In 2003, she was elected to the American Academy of Nursing for her achievements in establishing community programs that served homeless youth and teen mothers.

Mays has served as secretary of the Board of Trustees. In 2004, Mays delivered the keynote speech to graduating seniors and received a Medal of Honor. A member of the Indianapolis Regional UEnvision Campaign, she received a Distinguished Alumni Award from the UE Alumni Association in 2010. In addition, Mays was the founder and past president of the UE African American Alumni Association.

Sharon R. McCarthy is retired chairman of Fendrich Industries. Prior to this position, she was employed as comptroller of the City of Evansville, executive director of St. Mary's Medical Center Foundation, vice president of Union Federal Savings and Loan Association, and director of marketing for Welborn Baptist Hospital. She is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. She received the Samuel Orr Honorary Alumni Award in 2004 given by the UE Alumni Association. In 2020, McCarthy was nominated, and in 2021 received, an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Evansville. She has been an instructor in the UE Office of Adult Education and a board member of the UE Theatre Board.

McCarthy was active locally with the YWCA, Evansville Museum, Junior Achievement, Evansville Arts Council, the Reitz Home Preservation Society, and Habitat for Humanity.

Mrs. Patricia S. Mitsos received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Evansville. During her career, she taught first and third grade.

Mitsos was involved in the Chi Omega Sorority and Tri Kappa. In addition, she has volunteered at The Literacy Center, the Reitz Home Museum, Social Literary Circle, and Newburgh Women's Club.

Now retired, Ms. Barbara J. Price was vice president of Health, Environment and Safety at Phillips Petroleum Company. While at Phillips, she was involved with numerous industry committees and tasks forces such as the American Petroleum Institute, the Natural Gas Supply Association, and the Environmental Protection Agency Common Sense Initiative Council. She was a member the American Institute for Chemical Engineers and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Price graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Arts in education and chemistry. She also received a MA in chemistry education from the University of Chicago and a master's degree in management from Purdue University. In 2011, the Alumni Association awarded her the Edie Bates Volunteer Service Award, and in 1996, she received the University of Evansville Medal of Honor.

Mr. Nick J. Rutigliano served as president and CEO of Tobias Insurance Group, a commercial insurance brokerage business he founded from 1973 to 2012, prior to it being acquired by Assured Partners, LLC Rutigliano retired as president of Assured Partners of Indiana, LLC in 2016. From 2006-2014, Rutigliano served on the Board of Directors of publicly traded Calumet Specialty Products Partners, LP, (NASDAQ). He graduated from the University of Evansville with a bachelor's degree in business/marketing.

Mr. Arthur L. Shoener graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He received a certificate of completion from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

Now retired, Shoener served as President of Kansas City Southern Railway and Vice Chairman of Kansas City Southern de Mexico. From 1990-1997, he was Executive Vice President of Operation for Union Pacific Railroad. In his 30 years at Union Pacific, he led efforts to build Harriman Dispatching Center, the most complex computer system in the country for train operations. In 1997, he was designated Chairman of the Board of the Omaha Branch of the Federal Reserve.

Thomas M. Smythe spent his entire career with Evansville-based Keller Crescent Co. (KC), a totally unique Total Marketing Communications company with broad range of services from traditional advertising services to printed literature and packaging. Mr. Smythe served in production management and moved to Client Services in 1971. He secured major new accounts and following several sales management promotions was named President in 1980. In 1986, Smythe led a management buyout of KC and continued as Chairman/CEO until the sale of the company in 2007.

Smythe is a former student of the University of Evansville. On the UE Board, he is a member of the Institutional Advancement Committee.

Smythe served on several boards including Welborn Baptist Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, Vision 2000 Economic Development, Welborn Foundation, and Ivy Tech Community College.

Mr. Steve W. Worthington is a retired banking officer with Fifth Third Bank. He graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in economics and was the first UE student to register to attend a semester abroad at Harlaxton College.

Worthington has actively participated in fund raising efforts on behalf of his alma mater and has been a member of the boards of the Harlaxton Society, Theatre Society, the Purple Aces Club and Friends of Art. Worthington has also been a member of the Alumni Board of Directors and received the Alumni Certificate of Appreciation in 1989. Worthington and his wife, Susan, jointly received the Alumni Association's Edie Bates Volunteer Service Award in 2009.

He is a second generation member of the UE Board. His father, C. Wayne Worthington, was a member of the UE Board from 1976 until his death in August 2000.
